摘要 本文基于中医学形气神一体观从经筋角度探讨心脏神经症发病机制，提出本病存在形气神三维度整体关系失常，而气血不能正常濡养经筋是其发病的核心病理环节。形之失常为经筋阻滞不通，影响心的气血运行与神之调控；气之失常为气血虚运行不畅，不能正常濡养心之形体、承载心之神明；神之失常为神明调摄失司，不能驭气、控形，从而导致形气神三者关系失调而心脏神经症发病。临床诊治需从形气神一体化角度进行整体诊治。笔者提出以浮针调形为基础、以脐腹针调气为核心、以头针调神为统领的形气神一体化整体调节的治疗策略，以此达到治病求本原则，为心脏神经症的临床诊疗提供新的思路与方法。

摘要 “风袭于外，肝必内应”，咳嗽变异性哮喘病因以“风”为主，是一个由咳嗽逐渐发展为哮喘的动态阶段，其病程与病机展现出“由外及内，日久则伏”的特点。中医学将以“风”为因的疾病责于肝之失常，本文基于此进行从肝论治咳嗽变异性哮喘的探索，并根据咳嗽变异性哮喘的分期与病证的标本，以“祛外风—煦肝风—搜伏风”为基本方法，从理论基础、病机阐释与临床应用等方面分别论述了从肝论治咳嗽变异性哮喘的理论依据与临床价值。疾病初起，拟“祛外风”为首则，以防肺风扰肝；至中期须用“煦肝风”法治本，以平肝气之乱；久病入络，则以“搜伏风”为要，防肝风之受引复动；三法相辅相成，分期分层次地应用，共奏良功。
